A calendar that syncs
Your calendar shows up in Apple Calendar, Thunderbird and, through DAVx⁵, on Android. Invitations that arrive by mail become events you can answer.

Attachments and uploads in one file cabinet. Share a file with named people or with a link that ends on a date you choose, or send a large file of up to 2 GB that is deleted when the time runs out.

Files for customers and colleagues
Attachments and uploads sit in one file cabinet, next to the conversation they came with.
- Share with named people. They open the file with a code sent to their address, so a forwarded link is of no use to anyone else.
- Or share with anyone who has the link, until an end date you choose.
- Send large files, up to 2 GB, that are deleted when the time runs out.
Sending from your own app
Receipts, sign-in links and notices from your own domain, sent through the PineMail API. Your app hears whether each message was delivered, bounced or reported as spam, through signed webhooks.

You pay for the two things that cost us money, storage and sending, at about three times what they cost us. Mailboxes and domains cost nothing extra.

What would it cost you?
Move the sliders, or start from an example. The price is the same whether an email leaves from a mailbox or from your app.
An extra mailbox or domain costs us almost nothing, so it costs you nothing. A company with support@, info@ and a few people, or a developer with an app on each of several domains, pays for the mail they store and send, not for the addresses. Prices include VAT. Enterprise is sold to businesses and excludes VAT. Why these prices, and what happens when storage fills up
From your app to the inbox
Create a project, verify your domain, copy an API key and POST /v1/emails. 202 means queued. Delivery, bounces and spam reports come back as events and signed webhooks.
1. A project is an app
Keys, domains, and the send log stay isolated per project.
2. Verify the from-domain
Your own domain after DNS, or send right away from your own @pinemail.app address.
3. POST /v1/emails
Bearer token, JSON, optional Idempotency-Key. from accepts Name <addr@domain>.
How mail is delivered
Your app calls PineMail. PineMail queues the message and sends through Amazon SES in Stockholm. Content is stored on our servers in Finland and Sweden. You never talk to AWS. /docs.
What is not here yet
Card payment is not open, so paid plans are not yet sold. PineMail is new and has no long operating record, which is why the sub-processor list and the data processing agreement are public and specific.
